Delphine Zampetti, former chef at Le Verre Volé and baby mama to Inaki Aizpitarte, has just opened a new restaurant.
According to Bruno Verjus, it’s called cheZ aline and is housed in a former horse butcher shop. We’re going to let the kooky capitaliZation slide and just look forward to the stampede of reviews.
