Chrisos
Chrisos (aka Christophe Wakim) works as a quantitative analyst for a leading brokerage firm in Paris. He loves discovering new places and sharing his restaurant experiences with others. ChrisoScope started in 2006, when he had plenty of spare time, mostly as a digest for a small number of friends. A couple of years later, after more that 1000 restaurant reviews, he has undeniably less time to write about everything. However, as an advocate of amateur food blogging and independent restaurant reporting, Chrisos continues to publish posts on his experience in the restaurants of Paris.
