What people are were saying
David Lebovitz (2008) “… a treasure trove of spices and comestibles… There’s all sorts of unusual grains, haricots Tarbais, curiously-flavored vinegars and oils, plus a whole section of jars containing various powders and essences for molecular gastronomists. Downstairs is a wine cellar and ultra-modern demonstration kitchen, and upstairs is a concise collection of cookware.”
I would also be interested to know if Thiercelin opened up anywhere else- perhaps online?
I noticed that they closed this location. Did they open a shop elsewhere in Paris? Thanks.
