You can’t talk about “la bistronomie” without mentioning La Régalade. Founded by Yves Camdeborde and later sold to his second, Bruno Doucet, La Régalade and it’s spin-offs in the 1st and 9th are still reliable sources of solid bistro fare at reasonable prices.
