Chef Jean-François Renard, whose contemporary cooking gained a following at Carte Blanche, now has his own place, in the former L’Aiguière space. You might see daurade sandwiched by a spiced macaron, squab paired with squid, or scallops with cocoa and chorizo. The reviews, so far, have been positive, though feelings about the brightly colored room are less unified. Lunch menu, 25€; dinner, 35€.
