After working for Christian Constant (along with Yves Camdeborde, Thierry Breton and Rodolpe Paquin), Thierry Faucher made a name for himself more than a decade ago at this casual bistro years. He sold it in 2011 to Stéphane Schmidt, then bought it back in 2014.
