  1. Hi – for the ones looking at Italian specialty shops, there is a new one in the 13th, 41 rue de Croulebarbe called La Bussola del Gusto. It is in an internal court and has fabulous products of italian épicerie fine. They do dégustations regularly. Wonderful parmesan and incredible panettone! Check it out, they also sell online.

  2. So surprised that Huilerie LeBlanc is not one your list!! It is a must stop for me for the freshest nut oils.

  3. Yes! There are currently two gluten-free pastry shops in Paris. One is the charming Helmut Newcake (10th) and the other is Papy Bio, next to the Palais Royal. Helmut Newcake has a wide selection of items made in the shop, where you can sit and eat your pastries. (They’re also open for lunch.) Noglu is a gluten-free restaurant that has terrific house-made desserts, located in the Passage des Panoramas.

(L’autre boulange makes gluten-free bread but since they make regular bread in the same bakery, it may not be suitable, depending on your sensitivity.)
