Sophie Brissaud
Sophie Brissaud is a food and wine writer, journalist, consultant, photographer and food stylist who constantly learns from her travels. She wrote about 16 books under her own name (gathering four literary awards along the way) and a distinctly larger number of books under other chefs’ names (but generally shuts up about it unless you use champagne on her). She creates recipes, works on restaurant menus, occasionally updates her blog Chez Ptipois and will tell you plenty of stuff about Chinese teas if you ask her (and also if you don’t ask her).
Sophie is a moderator in the Paris by Mouth discussion forum.
