James Henry is back with an ambitious new restaurant where his ingredient obsession expends to house-made bread, butter, charcuterie and more.
James Henry, the Australian chef who made a name for himself at Au Passage, will open Bones in early December.
If you’ve been waiting to try James Henry’s cooking at Au Passage, you have until Saturday night. The young chef is working his last shift at the restaurant on June 16.
