- The current issue of A Nous Paris is devoted to the Big Apple, and their roundup of addresses where you can “vivre New York” without leaving Paris includes Joe Allen, Cupcakes Berko, and Thanksgiving epicerie. Another article in the same issue profiles Bob’s Kitchen & Juice Bar, Merce and the Muse, and Sésame.
- There’s almost no repetition between their selections and an article published last summer by Le Figaro called ”Des Cantines Comme à Brooklyn,” which highlighted H.A.N.D., Razowski, American Bistrot, Floors, Ellis Island Café and other places where we wouldn’t be caught dead.
Pascal Barbot continues to impress diners (those who manage to get a reservation) with a culinary high wire act that is both grounded and innovative, French and global, serious and playful.
