Best Sommelier in France at Spring Restaurant

Update: Jonathan Bauer-Monneret left Spring in January 2017 to move to Toronto. 


Jonathan Bauer-Monneret, the sommelier at Spring Restaurant, has been awarded the title Meilleur Sommelier de France 2014. This distinction comes five years after he won the title Best Young Sommelier in France.
