The Michelin Guide (2020) awarded l’Abysse two stars, with the inspector highlighting the “ingredients of stunning quality” as well as the “creative touch” of chef Yannick Alléno. A word of warning: “The 12 seats at the counter are quickly snapped up.”
Le Figaro (2018) heaps praise on this temple to sushi in the former bar of the Pavillon Ledoyen, as much for the purity of the décor as for the dexterity and expertise of chef Yasunari Okazaki.
