The tiny dining room of this bistro near the Gare du Nord is dominated by a zinc bar and a wall of natural wine bottles. The menu is short and sweet, scrawled daily on a chalkboard. Bistro classics like house-made terrine, steak, or egg-mayo may feature, as, too, may game meats like rabbit or offal like sweetbreads or head cheese. The herby sausage accompanied by buttery mashed potatoes is a steal at 20 euro. Vegetarians, be forewarned: There is nothing to tempt you here. But those willing to give into a night of carnivorous decadence will surely be rewarded.
