This roastery was originally founded by Parisian coffee powerhouses David Flynn (formerly of Télescope), Thomas Lehoux (Ten Belles), and Anselme Blayney (Ten Belles and Le Bal Café). This is less of a café to enjoy a cup of coffee (although you can) and more of a store to purchase fresh beans and equipment.
