Behind its deceptively old-fashioned storefront, Boulangerie Bo boasts a combination of Japanese-inflected pastries and French classics, thanks in large part to the time pastry chef Olivier Haustraete spent working for Alain Ducasse in Tokyo. Everything from the bright lime tart to the giant breads to the raspberry croissants is made on-site.
Many of pastry chef Olivier Haustraete’s offerings change seasonally. In the spring, look for a cherry blossom Mont Blanc.
