Do you ever feel overwhelmed when looking at a French wine menu?
Our newest offering is designed to give you a fun overview of French wine regions, to help you understand your own preferences, and to set you up for success in navigating a restaurant wine list.
We host this experience on Mondays as a happy hour tasting (in English) from 5-7pm. You’ll taste and learn about five different wines from a certified expert.
The goal is to help you understand the major differences between French wine regions, and to help you understand your own preferences. We want you to feel confident when you leave this tasting that you’ll be able to navigate a restaurant’s menu and find the wines you want to drink.
We’ll offer a few apéritif nibbles – the sort of snacks that locals enjoy while sipping with friends – but this is designed to be a pre-dinner tasting with a focus on wine.
This tasting is priced lower than our other food & wine tours at only 95€.

PRICE & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Tickets are priced at €95 per person, including all tastings.
The tasting will be led in English by a passionate wine expert and will last approximately 2 hours. As with all our offerings, this will be a small and intimate group so you can ask all your questions.
The tasting will take place in a beautiful wine shop. There is one flight of stairs to climb. Please let us know about any mobility issues in advance by sending an email to parisbymouthtours@gmail.com
We’ll send you the exact meeting point upon booking, but it’s not far from the Luxembourg Gardens.
ABOUT THIS NEIGHBORHOOD
We’ll be hosting this tasting in Saint-Germain, on the Left Bank. This is a seated tasting, so we won’t be exploring the neighborhood together, but it’s a fun area filled with restaurants and wine bars – perfect for grabbing dinner after our time together.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Refunds are available for those who cancel with at least 48 hours notice minus a €20 cancellation fee per ticket. No refunds or changes are allowed within 48 hours of your tour. Clients who arrive more than ten minutes late without calling or not at all (no-shows) will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Our tours run rain or shine.
Clients who are booking tours within 24 hours of their arrival in Paris should be aware that we do not offer refunds in the case of delayed flights (because this is such a common occurrence).
