I just returned to Maslow to test some of their vegan dishes (the menu is about half vegetarian and half vegan) and honestly, I loved every bite. In particular, the roasted carrots with citrus + chipotle dish was great, as was the thick slice of confit celery root with a long reduced sauce and chili oil, as was the “Not Boring Salad” (delicious!) with red cabbage, apple, carrot, + seaweed gomasio.
