Jeanne-Aimée is a polished restaurant in a sleepy corner of the 9th arrondissement. Chef Sylvain Parisot bases his menu around impeccable seasonal produce, with creative and delicious results. Service is thoughtful and the room is well-designed. Nothing feels particularly inventive or cool, but this is a nice place to go when you want to focus on the person across the table – especially on a Monday night.
