It’s a great option if you’re looking for an inventive and seasonal tasting menu, especially one that’s open on Monday night. Géosmine, a new restaurant in the 11th, has stirred a lot of interest this year with their provocative tasting menu by chef Maxime Bouttier (ex-Mensae). This restaurant near Gobelins offers a là carte options alongside moderately priced tasting menus (48€ and 68€). Douchet’s dishes are creative without being gimmicky.
